Wendy Gay


Chef Wendy Gay is a culinary educator, catering professional, personal chef and owner of Culinary Vacations and Chef Wendy’s Healthful Kitchen. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Mrs. Gay has served the foodservice and hospitality industries in a number of roles. Her career roles have included Catering Director for Brennan’s Restaurant of Houston, Texas, Catering Manager at the Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead, Club Manager at The Georgian Club, Catering Director at The Vinings Club (managed by The Ritz-Carlton) and Director of Training for the Futren Corporation (private club management firm). Most recently, she was the Director of Catering at The Westin Atlanta Perimeter North Hotel. As a culinary educator, Wendy has served as a member of the faculty of The Culinary Institute of America, teaching Table Service, and Banquet and Catering.
