Welcome Shoppe Artisan Exhibitors!

All booths come equipped with free wifi and the pipe and drape that separates each booth. Exhibitors are required to bring in their own display equipment. If you need to order equipment to rent, please click on the link below called “Shepard kit”.
Cobb Galleria Centre – Building Services (electrical, catering, water, etc)

Dec. 8 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Dec. 9 9:00 a.m. – Noon
Upon arrival, all exhibitors must check-in at registration in the front lobby to receive their move-in credentials and show badges.
Dec. 9 – 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
Dec. 10 – 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Dec. 11 – 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
6:00 p.m. – Midnight
EARLY MOVE-OUT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. All exhibits must remain fully intact until show closing on Dec. 11 at 6:00 p.m. The Cobb Centre has ample dock space, so move-out should go very quickly. Just in case, do not make any flight arrangements on Sunday night.
Directions to the Loading Dock
Follow the directions above to Cobb Parkway. From Cobb Parkway traveling South turn left (turn right if traveling North on Cobb Parkway) onto Galleria Parkway. This is the traffic light just south of Galleria Drive and just north of Akers Mill Road. Then turn left into loading dock entrance.

Displays/Exhibit Set-up: Shoppe Artisan exhibitors are required to follow the exhibit rules and guidelines set up by the IAEE (International Association of Exhibitions and Events). Please click here to see the requirements for exhibits at Shoppe Artisan.
Exhibitor badges: Exhibitors who have submitted their contract and booth space fees can receive their badges. There are 4 badges per 10×10 and 2 badges per 5×5.
Free Tickets for Exhibitors: You are given 8 free admission tickets per 10×10 and 4 free admission tickets per 5×5. You will receive your tickets with your badges at registration. If you need these ahead of time, please contact Kate Anderson at 770-559-0293 ext. 2 or email at Kate@marketmakerevents.com.
Shoppe Artisan Show Security: Shoppe Artisan will provide security at the Cobb Centre both day and night; however, each artist exhibits at his or her own risk and should carry appropriate insurance. Neither Shoppe Artisan nor the Cobb Centre are responsible for damage, theft or loss of an individual’s work.
Booth Equipment: All booths come equipped with show drape that separates each exhibitor. All exhibitors are required to bring their own booth equipment including tables, chairs, flooring, signs, etc. If you’re flying to Atlanta and need to order equipment, please click on the link to our general service contract, Shepard Convention Services – [click here]
Wifi & Electricity: Wi-fi will be available free of charge throughout the exhibit hall. If you require an electrical outlet, you will need to order electrical service through the Cobb Galleria Centre. Here are the instructions:
The Cobb Galleria Centre offers a simple, easy to use on-line ordering system for utility services. You will need to create a username and password and can use this information to change your order requests in the future. Included is the link to the website, as well as step by step instructions on how to order.
